Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the AutoFixKevins website at autofixkevins.com. By browsing the site, creating an account or submitting any form, a visitor agrees to follow these terms. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

AutoFixKevins offers general information about auto warranty coverage and vehicle service contracts, along with tools to request plan details. The site does not issue contracts, underwrite coverage or guarantee that any plan will be offered.

Final terms, pricing and eligibility come only from the provider that issues a given contract.

The site is intended for adults who are legally able to enter into agreements where they live. By using the site, a visitor confirms that they meet this requirement.

Visitors who create an account agree to keep their details accurate and current. Each account holder is responsible for activity under their login.

• Keep passwords private and do not share login access.
• Report any suspected misuse of an account right away.
• Do not create accounts using another person's details.

When using the site, visitors agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or incomplete information.
• Attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Visitors who opt in to text messages agree to receive messages as described on the signup page. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends text messages and replying HELP returns assistance details. Consent to messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Content on the site is general information. It is not legal, financial or mechanical advice and should not replace a careful reading of any actual contract. Coverage terms, exclusions and limits always depend on the specific plan.

The site may link to or share requests with third party providers. AutoFixKevins does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, services or practices. Their own terms and policies apply.

The text, graphics, logos and layout of the site belong to AutoFixKevins or its licensors and are protected by law. Visitors may view and print pages for personal use only.

The site is provided on an as is and as available basis. AutoFixKevins makes no promise that the site will be error free or uninterrupted, or that any information is complete or current.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AutoFixKevins is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute related to the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where the law allows a claim in small claims court. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
